i have a hawk front bar which i will hopefully be puttin on tomorrow, my concern is regarding the driving lights. can anyone tell me if i need to buy or fabricate any additional brackets to mount the lights? also do they mount onto the bar or the actual chassis of the car? did you encounter any other problems or hassles with mounting/ wiring the lights?
any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

There's 2 ways to mount the lights - one is to the chassis using a custom bracket. The other is when the bar is made, you tell them you want a bracket moulded in , and they do it at the time (this is what I got done for my Brumbie bar). So the only person who knows the answer to whether there's bracket or not is you when you see the bar.
If there's no bracket, then I'd make up one to mount the lights to the chassis.

i used a set of hella driving lights, which came with their own bracket (cost around $100 for the complete kit, inc relays, wires etc), required for one whole on each side to be drilled in the front bar which u wont see afterwards anyway
