I fitted one myself but i fitted it up before it was painted because not all bodykits fitup like a glove first up you got to play around with the brackets and you are liable to scratch the kit.

man if the kit is fibreglass you definately should have test fitted it. 8 times out of 10 it won't be a perfect fit

Should be right to fit yourself, just make sure you have plenty of glue, sellotape, and staples.
In reality - check the fit yourself but probably get pro's to fit it. Mouldings used for making kits can loose shape with time and usuage and this alters the fit. Likewise your car may not be perfect, e.g. side doors may sag a little causing clearence problems over the side skirts when opening/closing doors. |

im giving mine a go by myself. Its only the side skirts im worried about because i'll need to drill holes in metal and need to make sure they're perfect. Also buddy make sure to smooth down the inside edges before you test fit.

One tip if your think of putting the kit on your self, get a friend to help you fit it.

Just make sure you do have someone to help you.
and you would probably need to screw in the rear bar from inside the boot aswell ! just the sides though either left or right, depending on the kit. From personal experience you would need someone help that knows what they doing, if you crack it would cost you bit to get it fixed back. good lucks if you need professional hand drop me a PM if your in vic.
