I have a focus cl with no ABS :( is it even possible to get it??

you shouldve optioned the safety pack when you bought the cl. it retails for $1190 according to the ford website and offers abs with ebd and side airbags...unfortunately it can only be optioned while you're ordering the car. it cant be retrofitted...unless i can be proven wrong.

i wouldnt like to see someone try and fit it out of the factory. The work you would have to do would be insane. Youd nearly have to pull the car to peices.

Considering the costs of putting ABS in aftermarket, would it be cheaper to just trade it in and get a new one with ABS?

i guess putting in abs isnt as easy as adding floor mats...but does anyone know if they can be put in aftermarket?

If you can't trade up the car to another Focus with ABS, do an advanced driver course, and upgrade your tyres and wheels.

i'm comprehensively insured with aami they payed for me to do and and are giving me a 10% discount on my premiums til i'm 25!
