Default what is up with my ie?

When I start internet explorer this is what happens....




I use firefox but I downloaded msn 7 and the interface is all screwed up as well so I figured that if I fix ie then it should fix MSN. _2:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Firs tthing that came to my mind was try changing the font size maybe?

Of course you've tried scanning for malware (viruses, spyware, etc.)?

maybe 'restore your defaults' in the advanced menu of 'internet options'

may work, may not!

thanks I tired those but it was that I had 'high contrast' ticked for some reason...
