On News.com.au there was a story on a guy who has taken photo's from war( I think WW2) and has merged them with photo's from today giving a ghosting effect. The photo's are taken from the same spot as their were originally taken. Quite amazing to see some of the photo's. It is a reminder of another life time.
Anyway, the photo's are copyrighted, so rather than post any here, I will just provide a link http://www.flickr.com/photos/hab3045...th/4957449944/

Good find. Love these little insights into our (western world) history.

They are pretty cool
The story on news.com.au is here http://www.news.com.au/world/photos-...-1226499491228 Also, my apologies, but it is Ghosts Of History and not Ghosts of War.

Thank you. They are fantastic. Some are pretty sad. The inmates released from Auschwitz. What suffering. :-(
