Re my XR8 S3. The RACV changed my battery two weeks ago and his "memory battery pack" didn't work so I lost radio codes etc. When I first drove the car after the RACV stuff up it would not change gears (auto) where it used to ie much much higher revs to change gears. This came good however but when I put the car into "park" the revs just die, well below specification and as it was before the stuff up.
Today my wife was driving and it appeared to her ( at one point) that the car had no drive. What has this RACV dipstick done to my car? Also what is the sequence to reset the idle etc? Something like two minuites in drive with AC on etc? Iam going to ring the RACV on Friday and make a complaint. |
