Nothing beats Koni adjustable and once you buy them you have them for life as they are fully rebuildable unlike most others. Once you had them you wont go else where. Bonus is the front ones can be retro fitted to BA's if you upgrade.

brad so many have their opnion's but I'll give you a path to follow so to speak.
Brands, many and someone will say this is crap and these's are the best. Talking budget there's Gabriel,Monroe,Boge, kyb, these are global companys have reliable enough product at a fair price. Not all of these have lowered shorter stroke part numbers. Pedders, similar to above but firmer rides and made for lowered applications, pay a little more. Ultima, reality new in the market cheaper again. Reliability ? Koni/Bilstein, high end market top $$ but will give you best performance and comfort when cruising. Check up with suspension places for prices. Ah don't forget make sure bump stops are in good order if not get new ones at the same time.

hey brad im in the same dillema here I have 19's with pedders "sportsryder" shocks and super lows and the ride is very harsh, I have heard that the Koni's are a great shock but I think from memory they come in two colours red and yellow, not sure which ones are softer though.
If you do end up looking into the Koni's let me know how you go with the quotes and the ride quality, cheers! |

the ride is VERY nice in them when compared to The Monty's monroes he thinks his are way to hard compared to mine

+1 for Boge. If you've done a search you'll have already seen what I have to say about them, I've got short front & rears, since I've got live axle rear, and ride is excellent.

Fulcrum suspension is a site sponsor, May I suggest that you go to the sponsors page and have a look. If I remember correctly they do have centres in Victoria. I have used Fulcrum in Brisbane and just recently had Boge shocks put on my XR6 and IMO they are great bang for the buck. Cheers
