You've not said what model Focus or even which transmission so you are just going to get a generic assessment.
P07A3 is either a sticking clutch fork on a manual transmission or a transmission friction element stuck in the on position with auto trans. P2872 is for a stuck clutch pack on an auto and likely caused by the one above. Give us more details and we'll try and help.

That would be the 6DCT250. Clear the DTCs and if they return then:
P07A3: Transmission Friction Element A Stuck On.INSPECT the clutch spring and clutch for wear or damage. P2872: Clutch A Stuck Engaged INSPECT the clutch spring and clutch for wear or damage. Refer to Section 301b in the LW WSM which we have in our technical portal for instructions. The usual cause seems to be that the clutch fork inside the transmission gets clogged up with clutch dust and can be cleaned and lubed to resolve the issue.
