Hey guys,
I am just wondering what the length is of the Tremec T5 gearbox shaft is in a V8, measured from where the bellhousing meets the gear housing to the end of the input shaft? How much difference is their between the 6 and the 8 for it to be a problem? Any info is appreciated. Thanks Brett

When I had both side by side I wish I had taken some photos. I did measure them roughly and from memory there was somewhere about 40-60mm difference between the two. The v8 one was longer than the 6cly one.
Hope that helps. I will double check tonight if I still have the measurements I did or if there is by chance a photo (Pretty sure I won't have any luck though) Cheers, Rhys

I thought the difference is only about ~20mm.
V8 is longer.
