regardless of T&C if they say you have won an item there must be no purchase needed or they are misleading you by saying it is a prize. they use T&C as a bluff and it cons most people but if you pursue it they will be forced to give you your prize with no strings attached

One of my mates is a franchise of McDonalds, he has a couple of them.

He basically said, anyone who wants to challenge them in court and such will never win, They will keep fighting it with the best solicitors, until 1 party is out of money, you can guess who runs out of money first.
