2005 SR Focus 5spd Manual
Air con fan not working on 1,2 or 3 but A/C light comes on and air con is working but no air flow. Then when you put on high (4) the fan works but the aircon light goes of. Anyone had a similiar issue?

sounds like the Rheostat which is basically resistant wire that reduces the fan speed.(hences when it fails fan only works on high speed) It gets hot and brittle with age and can break usually located under the dash near the fan.
With luck someone can put up a pic of the spot where it is located. |
