Hi All. Just wondering which models in OZ came with a full centre console and arm rest? I have seen pics of the arm rest, but cant work out what is going on with the rest of the console?
Ebay has a screw on thing which looks.... er.. well I wont be buying one. I have an '08 LT hatch. What could slot in? Oh any pics would be appreciated. Not fussed if only cream type is possible. |

LOL - answering my own thread...sad..
This is the only pic I can find of what I'm talking about. Is it Ghia? Does anyone know if it is available separately or via. Ford?  Keen to know if any older models had this too, and whether it might fit an LT. |

God that's an ugly interior. Not sure if it's available mate. I'd probably say you might be able to get it from Ford, but it'd cost you an arm and a leg, and it would be a hell of a job to fit it. Try www.european-parts.net. I have a feeling I saw an armrest for sale on there a while back. Not sure if they still have it though.

Thanks RJO89. Yeah, its just the vents/drawer/armrest part, if indeed that is a clip on/ screw on part in itself.
I dont mind the work involved! Thats the fun bit. |

The center consul in the LT model mid range interior does not have rear facing air vents like the one in your Pic,

- but it does have a full console? So what models then? LX, Zetec, TDCi and Ghia?
By mid range you mean LX or half way through the model cycle?! |

My LS Zetec is exactly like that shown in those pics.... but dark gray of course...
But as too where to get it from? i couldn't tell you... However one thing about the armrest is that it is divided into 2 compartments. The one on top is only big enough fit 2 jewel CD cases and the 1 below can barley fit an e-tag. So not alot of room compared to other cars out there.

Thanks for the reply. I dont know anyone locally with a Zetec. Maybe I'll have to fake it a a Ford Dealer!! Then pop round to spare parts.
