The Knights training was cancelled the other day due to a suspicious white powder found on the field. After calling the police and having the substance inspected it was discovered this substance was in fact the try line. Training resumed as it was assumed the Knights would never encounter this substance again.<

Michael Hagan takes the knights out for a training run and first up he tells everyone to assume their normal position. So they all go and stand behind the goalposts and wait for the conversion.<

The knights are making a help-line available for fans who are disappointed with their team's recent performance. The help-line number is: 1800 10 10 10.

Osama Bin Laden has appeared on Iraqi TV this morning to quell rumours of his death in an explosion in Baghdad yesterday. To prove that the appearance was not pre-recorded Osama stated that he "watched the rugby on the weekend and the knights were crap."

Government officials have dismissed the report saying it could have filmed any time over the past 2 years.

But that's the best part.

Not only does Michael Hagan, coach of Newcastle Knights and Qld State of Origin team, have to watch his Knights lose, he then watches his own prodigy help beat his State of Origin team.
