Hey Mick, what injectors are being used and how much more did they have left in them?

ID1000's and off hand they were at around 85%, but has a good fuel system and maintains correct pressure across the run

Just asking as Veva ran out of injector at 500 but that was with E98 which would require more fuel due to the higher ethanol content.
Just good to know that ID1000's are good for 500rwkw with e85. What would be the highest IDC you would feel comfortable with Mick? |

we found E98 used a little over 10% more fuel. we didn't really pickup anymore power from United E90 to BioRaceE99, but, there was a decent amount more torque.
she sounds good mate, time to take her out to the track |

Will be in 2 weeks, will be interesting with how loose the convertor is now...will have a gopro on the gauges and see how it goes. After this meet i'll organise the convertor to be looked at with the results found.

Tried to upload a video to give you an idea on the convertor but it comes up with an error.

Is she hitting desired boost under stall before the converter stretches/flashes to 5800rpm or does she now slip so to speak to 5800rpm whilst trying to achieve the desired launch?

I'd be happy with a 10.5-10.3 at Heathcote .

plenty o cars doing 1.3's on full slicks. you should have no issues with 10" tyres and full slicks. Should easily get a 10.2

Not 100% true, didn't see your tuner Dion do 1.3's either in his Ba ute with std rear, so maybe try again.

Congratulations Ivan for his perfect run with his complete new turbo setup with a PB today of 10.33 @ 136MPH with a great 60' of 1.550 on full drag wheels and tyres and front runners with 455rwkw.
Unfortunately this is no Calder park track for a 1.48 for maybe a 10.25. Never know, I hear Calder may be reopening with full Andra rules shortly! Well done Ivan

that is not a perfect run, there is still more in the car if he wanted to blur the lines between true street car and race car. 136 is capable of getting a nine with a perfect set up and drive.
Congrats on the great time Ivan

136 mph in any car set up for racing is capable of a 9, it's not easy as some make it out to be but the physics can not be argued with.
This thread is about Ivans acheivement, lets keep it about that, some of us are aware of what agenda you are trying to push.

My apologies.
im just pasting facts with the past 11 years history of BA-FGs as apposed to physics and magical possibilities involving other model cars and setups (when taking feasibility and resolvability into consideration as 99% of us do. No 4link/2step/30k rear end setup with 350rwkw BA XR6T that can do 1.30 60's as lets face it, doest happen.)

physics do not care what model car it is or what brand or even what size engine it has, the mph dictates the ability of what a car can do with a perfect run.
end of story!

Well done Ivan, your Ute had LSD issues, 10.3 is a good number car driven to the track and then home, no doubt better times to come possibly Calder and I would remove the hardcover next time.
This Ute also made it through 4 rounds of DYO racing, thank-you for supporting our event.
