Cob has admitted to dragging behind Bunnings and doing burnouts in a street.
Under the new legislation it could mean that if he had been caught, one more offence and it could have been hello Mr Crusher.
Thats the effect of this new legislation.
I don't know cob personally and this is not an attack on him (so don't have a go at me) but that could be the reality of it in the future.
There is no definition of a hoon.
Whats worse, someone doing burnouts on deserted streets at edinburgh at night or the middle age women who go belting past me every day of the week?

I'd watch what is said on forums also, it's fairly common knowledge and even mentioned in some of the hoon related articles recently that police look at forums for information.
