HAHHA..
Just a engine swap with a integra motor... I dont belive in ricing a car up that justa waste of money... Ive even kept the stock 14 inch wheels with hubcaps as i dont realy want any pig attention... I need a ute for work and got no room for 2 cars so work comes 1st and civic has to make way for work vehicle.. I like the look and sound of xr8s but too scared itll be slower than my current ride... So will 3.9 reaer ratio make a big difference anybody done it???

a good driver in a STOCK xr8 will pull a 14.3-.4ish.. a few basic mods tune, gears, zorst will drop that by alot. Take a look through the timeslip sections and see everyones times and look at what mods tehy have done.. or pm them..
If it was me i would go the v8 because there are so many 6T's around these days, rightly so because they are the best bang for buck.

xr6t with a6 and just edit would probably see you into the high 12's..
people have run 12.5 with 255rwkw and the old a4. xtremef6 is the man to talk to over here about tuning them. on the other hand a vy sv8 with a tune, cai, cam an zorst may come in around 30k and would prolly see a 12!

R33 GT-R + Apexi PowerFC?
AU III XR8 twin turbo? However I suppose; XR6T - bang for buck XR8/LS1 - V8 rumble and insta-torque |

I have flicked thruoght time slips..
And theres a few xr8s in the low 13s 12s.. With few mods.. gears seems to be the 1st mod to go for by the looks of it.. Thatll prob give the best result. As it will be a work vehicle i guess the A4 will be the go for me.... Ute wise there seems to b a few A4s for mid 20s... The turbos are still low 30s.. The car will gain Ks pretty quik so im not fussed if it already has high Ks, that just means i can bring the price even lower seen a few 02 03 models for low 20s aswell... Dont see many turbos at that price... Ive never owned a V8 so i wanna see what they are like...

XR6T easily, nothing else comes close as far as bang for your buck.
