i was reading an article yesterday, where a truck driver was shot and killed inadvertently by 2 dudes having a gun battle, the dude that shot him, from memory got 5 years, fair dinkum, a life is only worth 5 years??? these dudes should do hard labor for life, none of this relaxing in a cell crap......no ifs buts or maybes.

He didn't mean to kill him, it was an accident that the bullet that came out of the gun he fired hit and killed someone.
