Back in those days, all the manufacturers had punny names for their colours. I remember Chrysler had Bondi Bleach & Thar She Blue. Holden had Infra Red, Yellow Dolly, Plum Dinger & Lettuce Alone, not forgetting Strike-Me-Pink.

Yes with the Targa Florio there was more than just the Green colour, there was also the Blue & Nutmeg (Metallic Brown).

Wow, never thought an old banger would create such traffic and momentum..

As for colours, I know the Targo Floria had atleast 3 colours, Brown, Blue, Pink / purple, as I remember seeing them. Maybe a cream variant to from memory... possible not a Targa tho. But hey, I'm talking about when I was at primary school, sat in the front of the school before class playing "spotto". Watching all the cars do the kid drop off thing. Was cool. Didn't think much of seeing a brand new shiny red XY GS roll up in the teachers car park, or the HQ Prem wagon in Aqua green / blue with the electric tailgate option. WOW. Luxury! (for the time). The owner, Mrs Hong was my 6th grade engrish teacher, and she used to send us out to fetch stuff she forgot on occasion. That's how I remember the electric window tailgate option. And there was a super special day of geeting a "lift home" in a brand new Pink HQ Statesman Caprice V8! Wow, I was living large even at that age!!!

/Reminiscing mode off.. for now.

Cheers,

One Man

R8, by the look of it. CKD product assembled in Australia.

Wonder if it’s going to become a Gordini faker?

A rare site, the turbo Clubsprint caught my imagination in the day, young lady at work here had one in black i think, good looking thing it was though rag tops never really did it for me. But i respected her choice.

Funny you should mention that brand of scissor lift.
I was served by a regular customer the otherday and he had one of these bad boys...
Fully articulated. Can drop a pallet beside the fork lift. Pretty darn cool me thinks.
