I’ll admit, now going to actually look at power rating on the label underneath ours, when I get home.

When it comes to power usage, you have to factor in time. Say you put 2 things side by side, both draw 2400w or 10 amps yet one does the job in two thirds or half the time, which is more convenient and uses less power?
Same with inductance cook tops. They heat up fast and take a lot less time to heat a pot. Same cooking time vs regular snail electric cooktop, but a snail cook top takes a lot longer to heat up. So its a time vs wattage thing. If the thing uses slightly more but does the same job a lot faster, it still is cheaper to run.

Go check your household power circuit breaker rating, then think again.

Yes its going to be a 20A curcuit, so 4800w. There are multiple 10A dgpos on it. Less on a kitchen circuit as they tend to get thrashed harder then say th lounge room or bedrooms. Oven and stove is typically on 1. Dishwasher and the above bench is normally on the same. Who runs the toaster to cook bread and boils the kettle when running the dishwasher?
Gpos in kitchens tend to be the ones that melt first from my experience as an electrician.

Done that plenty of times, no ill effects.

Checked the air fryer, it’s a Philips XL5000 series rated on the label at 2kW neat.

Now go out and try all this on a 15amp powered site with your 30amp double corded caravan.

I’m not. Endless adverts for Stan here, and I don’t watch any TV at all!
