My job usually involves me getting a bit dirty from time to time, and my seats are starting to show the effects of it - hence I am looking for an option of some form of cover for my drivers seat.
I dont want a real seat cover, as I dont want NOS or some pink butterflys! I remember one of my mates had a cover / throwover that was loosely fitted and worked well for him; He could leave it on during the week at work, then take it off easily and fast when not needed. Does anyone know where I would find such a throwover cover, and what do you use?

I use a Burson's one myself and all it is, is a quick throw over that a lot of workshops (should) use. It just hooks over the top and just around the base.
It also leaves the side of the seat clear incase you have airbags. But I think most of the auto stores have them.
