Thumbs down Qld election

We got notified at work today that Beatty has called a 9 Sept election.

Don't mind about the election, just that we're now in caretaker mode and all things that were approved last week will probably be rejected when we try to implement them as they "may be challenged if there is a change in government". Talk about making my life hard - I'm a Project Coordinator with a major infrastructure department.

If we change parties then all our very senior management will probably go as well - we've got enough of them swapping depts as it is! Just when you train one, they leave!
