I guess everything's possible.
The main problem with Lakeside is always going to be noise. If we test and find the Drags are under the db limit, then I guess they can't do much about it. And the noise factor is governed by the EPA, not Council. So much work has gone into this proposal, I'm talking 1000 pages, etc. Cheers, Mike
