Hi all
today I was flashed by a plain wrapper VW polo I was driving a truck along Mt Gravatt Capalaba rd at Mt Gravatt here in Brisbane this is a 60kph road with 2 lanes each way anyway there are numerous signs stating trucks must use left lane only the scenario is I was driving in the left lane (legal) and sitting on 62 kph when I was passed in the right lane by another truck (illegal) as I said I was doing 62 and as we went past the plain wrapper it flashed now my question can the camera tell which truck was speeding or do we both get a ticket are there any camera experts out there who can let me know if the camera can differenciate between the two lanes there used to be signs saying fines for using the right lane the only exception was if you were turning right which he wasnt just a bit concerned about the whole busines thanks John |
