SO, I had quit the smokes for about 12 months.. Then last year I had 2 deaths in the family, quite close together, which made me reach for a packet of smokes..
Been on roughly 30 a day for the last 15 months.. I want to quit again.. for good.! I have found an excuse to stop and that's what I needed.. I have been smoking 'soft packs' for around 15 years now and with the inception of plain packaging, the soft pack have been outlawed.. So I'm going to quit again..! Will let you know how I go.. Cheers
