Fact is to change the locks he had to enter the house, which in the 1st instance is trespass. He is in way over his head. Keep your cool, don't do anything rash and keep level headed about what you do, last thing you want is any repercussions(sp).

Hope it all pans out guys, land lords can be right bastards some times (99% are good, like allthings, theres allways one doozy who screws it for the rest of us).
