sh9t i hate bad news like this
had a message on my phone this afternoon to say that one of my best mates has had a heart attack and died on the spot at work today. he was a happy, strong, seemingly healthy guy about 44 years old. another mate rang and said they had coffee together last night and everything was normal. went to work this morning and bent down to pick something up and ............. only about a year older then me. makes you stop and think abit.
