im in an operations role and we do 12 hr shifts 1830-0630, im finding it hard to stay awake, its a quiet night tonight, so im keen to hear who else does overnighters and what do you do to keep your mind ticking over. I do the usuall sleep before my shift but sleeping during the day has its pitfalls (neighbour mowing lawn etc) Copious amounts of coffee and junk food dont seem to work anymore. I have resorted to "crunchy coffee" .... i now have the shakes lol
