Begin rant...

Wasn't Skaife actually on the board of TEGA at one stage there? :P Of course they were allowed to race at clipsal 500, a big team racing means more fans which means more money. Wouldn't surprise me if Mike Rann contacted TEGA himself and slipped them a few bucks to make sure they raced. ;-) According to the V8 Supercars website the decision won't be made until just before the Perth race next week. I think HSV and HRT should get the boot after the BS they pulled last year in the enduros. From what I recall they said they were able to race together due to a loophole in both teams coming under the umbrella of Tom Walkinshaw Racing... errrkay then. It was just cheating IMHO, and this is the soft response from TEGA to try and make it look as if they're on top of things. :P

End rant...
