I had knee reconstruction done years ago and i remember that it hurt like hell ... it took me about 5 mths to walk then i stufed it again (dont know how) then back in again for a arthroscopy and it took me about 3-4 weeks to get over that I was 17 at the time and things heal faster(thats what the docs say) now im 30 and bike rideing is good and seems to help a bit i was swimming but it gets to cold here .. and i was told im not to get over 90kg. or face new surgery..
