Default Au Shifter Boot

Anyone know where to get a leather manual shifter boot for an AU console?
Where is the cheapest place to get hold of one?
Already tried Ebay! :

You should probably be looking at the only place insead of the cheapest and that would probably be ford. You could also get a custom made one if the one from ford is too expensive.
