Funny you ask.
Today my wife tells me that we need to go and buy a keyboard for our 9yo daughter who has just started learning it at school. My wife spoke to the teacher and she was told to get a 5 octave keyboard (does that sound correct? I'm no maestro either). Casio was the best one that was recommended, but I will visit a couple of music stores in the next couple of days and ask some questions. I'll post anything useful I find. She was told to budget around the $400 mark.... (+ stand, stool etc, etc...) Matty
