Has anyone managed to obtain tickets to ANY Australia V England match yet??
I have been trying since 9am on and off... and Im still getting a 'Busy' Page message...... Anyone would think they would put their server right on the internet backbone for these days, so that doesnt happen.... ! Anyway... Thats my moan for the day... Cant wait to see the poms Smashed, havnt ever been to a One day match or a Test match, so this would be a good introduction  |

got home at 850am on the phone from then till 1145am it finally answered. sorry tickets are sold out. i still cant beleive i tried for that long.
was on the web too, i got in a bit late and the site was full. so no tickets for me so far. ill log into ticketek the night before and stay on all night when the gen public tickets are up for sale. |

From what I've been hearing on the news....you'll be hard put to get a ticket....they've sold in excess of 150k so far(thats ppl not $)

Had being trying from 9am on the net & phone (net was continually jamed & phone was engaged) Got through on the phone at 4pm today Day 1 Day 2 & Day 3 sorry no tickets left (thats Friday Sat & Sun gone) ive been going to the 1st day of the test @ Adelaide Oval for years but not this year & i organised a days annual leave of work today to get these tickets) Ao much for being part of the Australian Cricket family.

I cant stay away any longer... So im going to bed... Will try tomorrow morning, but Obviously cant be assured of anything.....
Oh well... I only want to go to the first day of the first test...

Just got through and got 3 tickets (To the ODI) sitting almost exactly where the players walk out to enter the field @ the gabba.... might not have got those good tickets if had have gotten through earlier
Now, I just need tickets to the opening day of the test...! |

Well as my post 4 says I wasnt able to get tickets through the Australian Cricket family but I finally got four reserved tickets to the 1st day of the Adelaide Oval Test Friday 1/12/2006 so I wont miss the 1st day of the test at the Oval after all. Bring it in. Didnt pay some stupid ebay price when the final tickets where released to the public the other week lined up at the outlet & walked away a happy man.

I ended up getting tickets (To the First test) sitting with the Fanatics Basically wear a Yellow T Shirt and sing all day... quite amusing really
PLUS the added benefit of being next to the Barmy army when they realise, we are gunna smash em!
