WQ Zetec Wheels For Sale

Iv'e just had my new rims and tyres put on the car today, consequently my WQ Zetec Wheels and Tyres are for sale if anyone's interested?
The wheels are the 16x6.5 Ford 7 Spokes suitable for a Fiesta or Focus, the tyres are Continental ContiSport Contacts, 195/45R16 and have done only 3000kms and are in as new condition, here is a link to the Continental web page for more info on these tyres

asking $150 each, will only sell as a complete set of four.

Even the rubber is worth the $150 each!

Just wondering, the stock 15" on LX would have the same sized bolts as the Zetec's 16" ...right?

yes, the wheels are inter-changeable between LX, Zetec & Ghia.

I'd assume so. Would need to contact my local tyre supplier, but I don't think Continental are cheap. Somewhere in the $200s when I had my WP Zetec in 2004...

Sold already? Damn, I was hoping to maybe split the purchase with one or two of you - I wanted to get a full-size spare wheel to replace the crap space-saver.

Yeah, I just asked a quote for ContiSportContact 195/45 R16. They're $208 each. :/

Well, this week has all been about wheels and now my ROH Stradas are for sale to make for new 17" ones I bought off FESTEC! Exciting times..

And there a much better tyre than the BF Goodrich G-Force Sports Iv'e got on the car now on my new 17" Strada's, trouble is they dont come in 205/40R17 size otherwise I would have got a set.

Bob Jane T-Marts had them on run out for $97.00 a couple of weeks ago when I got mine but apparantly they were scarce even then, the store I was dealing through up here in Brisbane had to source mine from another store in Melbourne, I think they would have been selling them pretty quick at that price. In saying that Sway there must still be a few available because I ordered another one today to replace my space saver spare and the guy managed to get it OK, wont be in Brisbane though until next Tuesday, forgot to ask him where he managed to get it from this time.
I sold my 16" Ford wheels as you know to Simon (EstaFiesta) and then realised that I needed 4 of the nuts for the space saver spare wheel as the new Strada wheel nuts are completely different......"DOH",.... went to a Ford Dealer up here to pick 4 new genuine Ford Wheel nuts to suit the space saver and they wanted $30.00 each!!, I thought they would only be maybe $10.00 max.....they are only wheel nuts after all!!, told the guy no thanks and promptly went off to Bob Janes and ordered the other 17" Strada for $97.00......a whole new Alloy wheel $23.00 cheaper than a few bloody wheel nuts from Ford!!......clowns!!

Yes, I found that out the hard way when the Space saver fell off when we dropped the jack and left the Fez in my garage on three legs....
