That is not really good enough on Origins side if they have had the paperwork since the 22nd. I have been involved in thousands of solar configs and meter exchanges and there is no valid reason why it is taking this long. They should have done it within the 15 business days from the 22nd at the latest.
Hopefully with the complaint to the Ombudsman you will get your answers and a positive resolution.
