I jumped into FORScan to take a quick look for you. All I found exposed through
PCM when I searched 'oil' was one PID, LOW_OIL for Oil Level Status, with values Yes/No as shown in screenshot. You are correct there does not appear to be any sensor giving a continuously variable value you could read for oil pressure.
