I'm sure there's a few others that are vague enough to cover off a whole range of activities. These were sufficient for many years because common sense was abundant. Nowadays, unless it's spelled out exactly to the minutest detail the general populace thinks it doesn't apply to them.

Dashcam owners Australia on YT highlights the lack of ability out there, and not just those being filmed but often the ones doing the filming are just as bad, unable to see past their windscreen.
