Wholesalers dont accept returns on lamps. They will if you are back in the door 3 minutes later because you got the wrong base or whatever, but not if youve had time to do the switcharoo or blow them up. Bunnings are retail, so they 'try' to be accepting to the home handyman get the wrong thing people. Which does lend itself to people doing the dodgy with disposables.
