Back in Ford's heyday they could rebadge Kia's as Ford Festivas and move a fair few units. Now Ford as a brand is about as prestigious as a cuss word. And yes, the Ford dealer network and corporate culture have a lot to answer for. But Product Development are definitely not short of skills or talent, as evidenced in what they were able to produce locally and for international projects.
