Absolutely right just gotta sit down and tell them "This is what l'm trying to do and this is the actions l plan on taking over the next fortnight" its annoying but its gotta be done they're nice understanding people but l just really need my own space, and freedom. I'd just like to make my changes with as few ripples as possible so my conscious is clean when leaving.
