I have had them a couple of times now and the latest was on Tuesday. I let them go on for a couple of minutes about what was the problem and I played super dumb until he wanted to know what windows operating system I was using. I told him I was using an apple and he started to laugh and then his supervisor came on and asked me the same question and I replied an apple and then they both started laughing together. I said if they knew what they were doing then they would know what an apple mac was, in which we all started laughing and then they hung up!
