Further to what I said earlier, here is another thing to consider.
In my opinion, true beauty is within, not something you can see with your eyes as much as something you experience. It is the sum of many things, some of which are a good sense of humor, a good attitude, being friendly, etc.
These are things that no amount of surgery can change.
Surgery can make someone make someone look more attractive, but it can't do anything to those things I've listed above, and will not help someone who has an ugly soul. I've met a few women who are considered attractive by some guys, and I didn't find them attractive at all. Why? Because they had an ugly soul, they were b!tchy, nasty & just plain rude. So no matter how appealing they may look to the eye, they'll always be ugly to me.
